Ibizan herb liqueur workshop
Discover the aromatic plants native to the island and use them to make this traditional Ibizan drink.
The Fluxà family will show you the craft distilling process in a traditional distillery and you will be able to make your own Ibizan herb liqueur, the island’s most highly valued liqueur.
In this workshop you will learn to identify fennel, thyme, rosemary, lemon verbena, lavender, rue, eucalyptus, chamomile, juniper, oregano and many other plants.

An Ibizan, Juan Fluxà, founded Can Fluxà, a family business, driven by a passion for the land, native plants and craft work, with the aim of promoting the wealth of the most traditional Ibizan products derived from the land and sea, like herbs and liqueurs, now clothed in modernity to excite all five senses.

Famers, craftspeople and entrepreneurs. Over two generations, the Fluxà family has learnt just how to translate their love for the island into a way of life. They grow the trees and herbs used to produce their star products in their own botanic gardens. Ibizan herb liqueur, fig liqueur and almond liqueur. They use these herbs to give flavour to their salt collection and they produce a delicious sweet chili jam.
