Beer: the production process

Discover how a craft beer brewery works.

If you want to know how our beer is crafted, then a visit here is a must. Discover the raw materials required for brewing beer, the production process (maceration, brewing and fermentation) and the different styles in the beer world.

The package includes a tour of the facilities and a guided tasting of food and drink: 6 beers and 6 tapas for you to sample the full range of pairing possibilities of our beers.

Our secret is that we don’t have any secrets. Unlike industrial or semi-craft beers, we produce our beers at our own brewery in Port des Torrent, and we are currently the only beer produced on the island. We follow the four criteria that regulate the production of craft beers throughout the world: 100% natural ingredients, no additives, unfiltered, natural carbonation produced by a second fermentation in the bottle. These features are our principles. We always go after top quality raw materials to give the consumer a unique experience with every sip.

Ibosim currently produces a wide range of styles, meaning the rookie consumer can explore their preferences and the more experienced consumer can enjoy their favourite styles and suggest pairings for every occasion. We produce beer based on different international styles, but we adapt them to the Mediterranean climate.

We are a local, dynamic and innovative company, able to adapt to the demands of any establishment, business or individual. That’s exactly why we offer unique and exclusive beer creation with your own logo, designed from start to finish for your company.
